Evet. Kat planı veya eskiz yeterli; ondan 3D model kurup fotogerçekçi render, 3D kat planı veya 360° tur üretiyoruz.

Bursa dışından çalışabilir misiniz?

Görselleştirme (render/animasyon/360°/kat planı) tamamen uzaktan, dünya genelinde yürür. İnşaat/uygulama tarafını Bursa ve çevresinde sunuyoruz.

Gerçek mekân render’a benzeyecek mi?

Tasarladığımızı inşa da ettiğimiz için render’larımız gerçek, uygulanabilir malzemelere dayanır — görsel, inşa edilebilecek olanı yansıtır.

“Render to reality” means the same studio that visualizes a project also designs and physically builds it. Instead of handing off a beautiful image and walking away, we own the result on site — so the render is a buildable promise, not just a sales picture. This is rare: most architectural visualization studios never construct what they draw.

Why the render-to-reality gap exists

In the typical workflow, a visualization studio produces images and a separate contractor builds the project. The two never coordinate, so the finished space can differ from the render — different materials, different proportions, different light. The buyer is left comparing a promise to a result that nobody was fully accountable for.

How we close the gap

Design grounded in construction. Because we build, our designs account for real structure, materials and cost from the start.

Renders that reflect reality. The finishes and lighting in our visuals are ones we know how to source and install.

One accountable team. From the first render to the final wall, the same studio is responsible — no finger-pointing.

On-site delivery. In Bursa and the surrounding region, we take projects through to construction ourselves.

Real projects we’ve designed and built

Our build experience in Bursa, Türkiye includes a range of project types:

Villa Verterra — a residential villa project.

Vişne Caddesi — a factory facade design and construction.

Altınşehir — residential villas.

Minareli Çavuş — housing, apartment and commercial units.

This hands-on construction work is exactly what makes our visualization trustworthy for clients who can’t visit the site — including clients across the USA, Portugal, Spain, Austria and Thailand, reflected in our 5.0 rating from 294 reviews and 364 completed orders on Fiverr.

What this means for you

If you only need visuals: you get renders informed by real-world buildability — anywhere in the world, remotely.

If you intend to build: in and around Bursa, one team can take you from idea to finished space.

Frequently asked questions

Do you build outside Bursa?

Our construction work is focused in and around Bursa, Türkiye. Visualization services (renders, animation, 360° tours, 3D floor plans) are offered worldwide and run fully remotely.

Can you build a design someone else created?

Yes. We can visualize and build from an existing design, or handle the full journey from concept to construction.

Does building experience really change the renders?

Yes. Knowing how materials behave, how light works in a finished space, and what is actually buildable makes the visuals more honest and the final result closer to the image.

Understand architectural visualization, compare renders, 3D floor plans and animation, and see what to prepare before commissioning a project.

Architectural visualization is the process of making a building or space visible before it is built or changed. It translates a design into images, a furnished 3D floor plan, an animation or an interactive view so that people can understand its form, materials and spatial relationships.

A measured drawing explains dimensions and construction information. A visualization helps people interpret the proposed experience: how a room connects to a terrace, how a facade reads from the street, or how furniture changes the way a living area feels. The useful question is therefore not just “Can this look realistic?” but “What decision should this view help someone make?”

Architectural visualization and architectural rendering: what is the difference?

Rendering is the step that produces an image from a digital scene containing geometry, materials, lighting and a camera. Architectural visualization is the broader work of interpreting the design, building or preparing that scene, choosing the views and presenting the result. In everyday project discussions the terms often overlap.

For a client commissioning work, the distinction matters when defining responsibility. Producing an image from an approved design is different from developing a layout, selecting finishes or designing a facade. Agree whether you need visualization of an existing proposal, design development, or both.

Choose the output around the decision

Interior and exterior still images

An interior perspective is useful when the question concerns materials, lighting, furniture or the character of a room. An exterior perspective shows the building envelope, entrance, landscape and its relationship to the surrounding site. A carefully chosen view can explain a particular design decision more clearly than several views selected only for variety.

For example, a kitchen image looking toward the dining area can show how the two spaces relate. An image aimed only at the kitchen island may communicate the finish palette well while leaving the circulation unclear. Camera selection belongs in the brief.

3D floor plans

A furnished 3D floor plan removes or cuts through upper parts of the building to reveal the arrangement from above. It can make room connections, furniture zones and outdoor access easier to understand for someone unfamiliar with architectural drawings. It serves a different purpose from a room-level perspective.

Final 3D floor-plan image from Arakot’s Portugal apartment portfolio. The overhead view shows room relationships and furnished zones. It is a presentation image, not a dimensioned construction drawing.

In this example, the living and dining area occupies one end of the apartment while the bedrooms are shown together. Furniture gives a reader a familiar sense of use and scale. This reading is based on the published final image; it does not establish how the original design evolved or whether the project was built.

Animation and 360° views

An animation follows a planned sequence of cameras through or around a digital building. It is useful when movement and the order of views help explain the space. A 360° panorama lets the viewer look around from a viewpoint; a tour can connect several viewpoints. A video, a panorama and a hosted interactive tour are different deliverables, with different production and viewing requirements.

Before commissioning either, decide where it will be used. A presentation video needs an agreed duration, aspect ratio and file format. A web tour also needs a decision on the viewer, hosting, supported devices and how it will be embedded. Explore architectural animation and 360° services.

What can a visualization help you assess?

Layout: understand how visible rooms, furniture and routes relate.

Material direction: compare an agreed finish palette in the same scene and camera.

Presentation: explain a proposal to a client, project team or prospective buyer.

Consistency: use related views to communicate one coherent design across a presentation.

A render is not a substitute for technical checking. It does not by itself verify structure, regulatory compliance, exact product colour or measured daylight performance. Where those questions matter, the corresponding drawings, specifications or specialist assessments remain necessary.

What information does a visualization studio need?

Start with the most current drawing or model and identify its revision. A dimensioned plan, elevations and sections help establish geometry; a material schedule, product references and photographs help establish appearance. For an existing building, photographs should be connected to their location on the plan where possible.

Also state the intended audience, the decision or presentation the images support, the required views, the final use and the target date. If you already have a model, identify the software and version, and ask the studio to check its suitability before assuming it removes all modelling work. Missing geometry, linked assets and materials can change the preparation needed.

How should the review process work?

A useful review sequence separates geometry and camera decisions from detailed materials and final output. Check room proportions, openings and the view first. Then consolidate comments on finishes, furniture and lighting. Final production should follow agreement on those visible choices.

Ask the proposal to define draft checkpoints, included revision rounds, output sizes and formats. Distinguish correcting a production error from changing an approved design. This gives both the design team and the visualization team a clearer basis for deciding what happens when the brief changes.

What affects price and turnaround?

The number of views is only one factor. Model readiness, custom furniture, landscape detail, design development, resolution and animation requirements also affect the work. A tight deadline can require a different production plan. A meaningful quotation starts with the available inputs and required output; a fixed universal price or delivery promise would hide those differences.

When should you use a 3D floor plan rather than an interior render?

Use a 3D floor plan when your main question concerns the arrangement of rooms or the relationship between functions. Use an interior render when your main question concerns the experience from within a space, including the material palette and visible detailing. Some projects need both, but they should each answer a specific question.

If your starting point is a drawing, read how to turn a floor plan into a 3D render for the files, review steps and scope choices involved.

Discuss your visualization brief

Arakot works remotely on architectural visualization for international projects. Share your available drawings, references, intended use and required views so we can review the scope. See our architectural rendering service or send a project brief.

Learn how to turn a floor plan into a 3D render: required drawings, modelling, camera views, materials, review stages and final delivery.

The post How to Turn a Floor Plan into a 3D Render appeared first on AraKot Mimarlık.

To turn a floor plan into a 3D render, first establish the building’s dimensions and heights, create the three-dimensional geometry, choose the views, then add materials, furniture and lighting before rendering and reviewing the result. A plan gives the starting layout; it rarely supplies every detail needed for a reliable image.

The process also depends on the output you want. A furnished 3D floor plan explains the layout from above. A room-level interior render explains how the space may look from within it. Both can come from the same drawing set, but they require different camera and detail decisions.

1. Decide what the image needs to explain

Start with the purpose: a client design review, a residential sales presentation, a comparison of finish options or a view of an existing room after renovation. Choose the output around that purpose before requesting a number of images.

Layout overview: request a furnished 3D floor plan with the agreed rooms visible.

Material and atmosphere: request interior perspectives with specified camera positions.

Building and site: include exterior drawings and site information for exterior renders.

Movement: define a camera sequence for an animation, or viewpoints for a 360° tour.

For a background explanation of these formats, see what architectural visualization includes.

2. Gather the drawing set and identify missing information

A clearly dimensioned PDF or CAD floor plan is a useful starting point. A legible measured sketch can also support an initial scope discussion. Include the drawing revision and units; if multiple files disagree, identify which is current.

For the third dimension, provide ceiling heights, window and door heights, sections and elevations where available. Stairs, roof shapes, level changes and sloping ceilings need particular attention. Photos of the existing space can explain details that do not appear on the plan, but photos alone should not be treated as reliable measurements.

Mark unresolved choices as unresolved. If a ceiling height, wall build-up or window detail must be assumed, record that assumption before it becomes part of a polished image. Design development can be included in a commission, but it should be agreed separately from simply representing a completed design.

3. Build and check the base geometry

The model establishes walls, floors, openings and other defining elements from the supplied information. If there is an existing 3D file, it needs a suitability check: model scale, missing linked files, hidden geometry and the level of detail can all affect preparation.

At this stage, review the geometry before debating small accessories. Check that windows and doors are in the expected positions, stairs connect the intended levels, ceiling forms match the design and furniture can be placed at the intended scale. An attractive render can still represent the wrong layout if these checks are skipped.

4. Agree camera views and what each one includes

An overhead view gives a quick reading of room relationships. An eye-level view shows the experience within a room but hides some areas behind walls or furniture. Identify the feature each camera needs to explain: the kitchen-to-dining connection, a seating arrangement, a terrace opening or a material junction.

Avoid relying on an excessively wide view to fit everything in. It can make a small room appear more spacious than the design supports. When one image cannot explain the layout clearly, a second purposeful view or a 3D floor plan may be the better choice.

A final image from Arakot’s Portugal 3D floor-plan portfolio. The open overhead presentation makes the furnished rooms and the shared living area visible together. This is a finished portfolio example; the stages described in this guide are a general workflow.

5. Specify materials, furniture and lighting

Provide a material schedule or a small, annotated reference set. Identify what each reference represents: flooring, cabinet colour, fabric, lighting mood or overall styling. An unlabelled collection of attractive images can contain conflicting directions.

For exact products, share product links, dimensions and available model files. Where generic assets are acceptable, say so. Bespoke joinery, a specific sofa or a detailed landscape may need additional modelling. Decide which details matter in the chosen views before adding work that the camera will never show.

Lighting should support the agreed presentation. A daytime view and an evening view can emphasise different features. If the project requires measured daylight or lighting analysis, specify that separately; a presentation render alone does not verify lighting performance.

6. Review drafts with one consolidated set of comments

Review in a consistent order: geometry and cameras, then materials and major furniture, then lighting and smaller details. Use numbered comments or marked-up images and appoint one person to consolidate feedback from the team. Conflicting instructions are easier to resolve before another render is produced.

The proposal should distinguish included revision rounds from a change of design or added views. If the plan changes after the geometry has been approved, ask for its effect on scope and timing before proceeding. There is no universal revision allowance; it belongs in the agreement for the specific project.

7. Confirm the final delivery before production finishes

Specify image dimensions, aspect ratio, file format and intended use. A large print, a website and a presentation slide may need different exports. Decide whether labels, room names, transparent backgrounds or alternate crops are required for a floor plan.

Editable scene files, custom models and third-party assets should not be assumed to be included with finished images. Agree any source-file handover and applicable usage rights in writing. For animation or an interactive tour, separately confirm video or panorama specifications and any hosting arrangement.

Can you start with a rough sketch?

Yes, a sketch can begin a conversation and help define the work. To produce a dimensionally grounded model, the relevant measurements and heights still need to be established. If the task is concept exploration, make that explicit so that assumed dimensions are not mistaken for surveyed information.

What changes the cost or delivery time?

A ready-to-use model with clear materials and two agreed views is a different task from an incomplete sketch requiring design decisions, custom furniture and several options. The preparation needed, level of detail, number of views, output resolution and review process all affect the scope. Send the available files first so the quotation can identify what is included.

Have a floor plan ready?

For an overhead layout presentation, explore Arakot’s 3D floor-plan service.
Short answer: A render-only studio creates images of a design and stops there. A render-and-build studio also designs and physically constructs what it visualizes — so its renders are buildable, materially accurate, and backed by accountability for the real result. If you only need a picture, render-only is enough. If you want the design to actually become real, a build-capable studio removes the gap between the visual and the finished space.

Quick comparison

Render-Only Studio

Render-and-Build Studio

What you get

Images / animations

Images and the built result

Buildability of the design

Not guaranteed

Designed to be built

Material realism

Visual approximation

Grounded in real materials & methods

Accountability

Ends at the image

Owns the outcome on site

Points of contact

Visualizer + separate builder

One team, end to end

Best for

Marketing visuals only

Projects you intend to build

What a render-only studio does

A render-only studio specializes in producing visuals — interior and exterior stills, walkthrough animations, 360° tours — from a design supplied by an architect or client. This is valuable for marketing and approvals. The limitation: the studio is not responsible for whether the design can actually be built, or whether the real space will match the image.

What a render-and-build studio does

A render-and-build studio both visualizes and constructs. Because the same team that draws the render also builds the project, the visuals are constrained by what is genuinely buildable: real dimensions, honest materials, and lighting that reflects how the finished space behaves. The render becomes a promise the studio is accountable for, not just a sales image.

Why it matters when you hire

Lower risk of the “render vs. reality” gap — the image is what you actually get, because the same team delivers both.

One point of contact — no finger-pointing between a visualizer and a separate contractor.

Buildable from day one — design decisions account for structure, materials and cost, not just aesthetics.

Material honesty — finishes shown in the render are ones the studio knows how to source and install.

The Arakot approach

Arakot Studio is a render-and-build studio. We don’t just visualize projects — we design and physically build them in Bursa, Türkiye, including villas, residences and commercial work such as the Villa Verterra residence, the Vişne Caddesi factory facade, and housing projects in Altınşehir and Minareli Çavuş. That construction experience is what makes our renders trustworthy: clients in the USA, Portugal, Spain, Austria and Thailand rely on us for visuals precisely because we also know how things get built — reflected in our 5.0 rating from 294 reviews and 364 completed orders on Fiverr.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to build with you to get renders?

No. We provide visualization-only services worldwide (renders, animation, 360° tours, 3D floor plans). The build side is offered in and around Bursa, Türkiye.

Is a render-and-build studio more expensive?

For visuals alone, pricing is comparable to render-only studios. The value is in the build phase: fewer surprises, one accountable team, and a finished result that matches the render.

Can you build a design another architect made?

Yes. We can visualize and build from an existing design, or take a project from concept through to construction ourselves.

Short answer: Choose a 3D rendering when you want a photorealistic still image of how a space will look, a 3D floor plan when you need to show layout and flow from above, and a 360° virtual tour when you want people to explore the space interactively before it is built. Most projects benefit from a combination — a render to sell the feeling, a floor plan to explain the layout, and a tour to build confidence.

Quick comparison

3D Rendering

3D Floor Plan

360° Virtual Tour

Shows

One realistic view of a space

Layout & flow from above

The whole space, interactively

Best for

Marketing, mood, materials

Sales/rental listings, planning

Pre-sales, presentations, remote buyers

Format

Still image (interior/exterior)

Top-down coloured plan

Navigable panoramic experience

Answers the question

“What will it look like?”

“How is it arranged?”

“What does it feel like to be there?”

What is a 3D rendering?

A 3D architectural rendering is a photorealistic image that shows how a finished space will look, with accurate light, materials and texture — created from a sketch, a floor plan or a 3D model. It is the most persuasive way to communicate a design before construction begins, which is why it is the backbone of property marketing and design approval.

Choose a render when you want to sell a feeling: a hero image for a listing, a client approval of an interior scheme, or a comparison of material and colour options on the same view.

What is a 3D floor plan?

A 3D floor plan is a coloured, furnished view of a layout seen from above — a step up from a flat 2D drawing that makes a home’s flow instantly understandable. It is the clearest way to communicate arrangement: room sizes, circulation and how furniture fits.

Choose a 3D floor plan when you are selling or renting and buyers need to grasp the layout at a glance, or when you are making design decisions about space planning.

What is a 360° virtual tour?

A 360° virtual tour is a navigable, panoramic experience that lets a viewer look around a space in every direction and move through it — as if standing inside the unbuilt project. Paired with a walkthrough animation, it is the closest thing to visiting a property that does not exist yet.

Choose a 360° tour when you are pre-selling units, presenting to remote or international buyers, or want a marketing asset that keeps people engaged far longer than a single image.

How to choose: a simple decision guide

One striking image for an ad or listing cover → 3D rendering.

Help buyers understand the layout → 3D floor plan.

Let remote buyers experience the space → 360° virtual tour (or animation).

A full marketing package → all three: render for the cover, floor plan for clarity, tour for engagement.

The render-to-reality difference

Most studios stop at the image. Arakot Studio is different: we don’t just visualize projects — we also design and physically build them in Bursa, Türkiye. That means our renders are grounded in real construction knowledge: buildable details, honest materials and lighting that matches how a space actually performs. It is also why clients in the USA, Portugal, Spain, Austria and Thailand trust us with both their visuals and their builds, reflected in our 5.0 rating from 294 reviews and 364 completed orders on Fiverr.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send just a floor plan to get a 3D render?

Yes. A floor plan or sketch is enough to start; we model the space and produce photorealistic renders, a 3D floor plan or a 360° tour from it. Reference images of styles you like are helpful but optional.

Do I need all three?

No. Many projects only need one. Renders sell the feeling, floor plans explain the layout, and tours build confidence — choose based on who you are trying to convince and how.

Do you work with clients abroad?

Yes. The entire process runs remotely, and we have delivered projects for clients across the USA, Europe and Asia.

What software do you use?

We produce stills and animations with industry-standard tools and real-time engines such as Unreal Engine 5, alongside established 3D and rendering software, choosing the right pipeline for each project.

Kitaba geri dönecek olursak, Antik Yunan mimarisinde mermer yapıların boyanması ve polikromi tartışmalarına girmesi Semper’in ilk kuramsal çalışmalarını oluşturmuştur.

Sıçrama konusunu ele alırken tema hakkında bir manifeso ile başladık ve adım adım izlediğimiz yöntem şu şekilde oldu;

9)
* Modüllerimizi oluşturduktan sonra modüllerimizin portable(taşınabilir) olması bize farklı kombinasyonlar deneyerek farklı kompozisyonlar oluşturma fırsatı tanıdı böylece farklı işler de ortaya çıkmış oldu.
* Geniş açıklıkları ahşapların kare pirizma olması sebebiyle bağlantı noktalarından eklemleyerek aştık yani normal bir kemer yönteminden farklı yöntemler kullanarak amacımıza ulaşmış olduk.
* Hareket ettirilebilir modüllerimizi bir araya getirdiğimizde ortaya çıkan detaylar her bir birleşim noktasında farklılık gösterdi.
* Ahşabın doğası gereği durağan bir yapıda olması ve bizim ona yapısına ters düşen bir edimle; sıçrama hareketiyle yaklaşamamız sonucu çıtaları durağanlıktan kopararak bir bütün haline geldiğinde hareketli bir yapıya dönüşebilir olabileceğini ortaya koyduk.

Levent Şentürk’ün Zümrüdüanka Projesi’ni anlattığı yazısı  şöyledir;
